Césaire a déjà rencontré son public auprès de magasins de mode multi-produits sélectifs.
Pour la saison été 2008 la marque à d'ores et déjà séduit des grand stores sélectifs comme Le Bon Marché à Paris, Takashimaya 5th Avenue à New York, Harvey Nichols Hong Kong, Beams et L'Appartement au Japon et une vingtaines d'autres magasins dans le monde San Diego, Los Angeles, Houston, El Paso, Boston, NY aux états unis, Tokyo, Kyoto et Chiba au Japon, Bern (cph) en suisse, Bruxelles (Vincenti) Belgique, Luxembourg, Santander et San Sébastian en Espagne.
