LAFUMA pourrait racheter la société EIDER basée en Savoie spécialisée dans la fabrication de vêtements techniques de montagne. EIDER était en difficulté à cause d'un endettement trop important (20% de son chiffre d'affaire qui s'élève à 23 millions d'euros.

LAFUMA devrait reprendre la semaine prochaine le fabricant de vêtement technique EIDER basé en Haute Savoie. La société savoyarde contrainte par un endêttement important (20% de son C.A qui s'élève à 23 millions d'euros)
